These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at convertedgetech.com and any pages, content, and functionality made available through it (collectively, the "Site"), operated by ConvertEdge Tech ("ConvertEdge Tech", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully. They are a binding agreement between you and ConvertEdge Tech.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Site. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on that organization's behalf, and "you" refers to both you and that organization.

2. Who we are and what we do

ConvertEdge Tech is an engineering-first company that delivers enterprise engineering services, technology consulting, and builds its own software products. Our work spans four areas described elsewhere on this Site:

• Forward Deployed Engineering: senior engineers embedded inside your teams and accountable for production outcomes.
• Legacy App Modernization: modernizing legacy applications faster with Gen AI while preserving functional parity.
• Technology Consulting: strategy that connects to execution across AI transformation and technology decisions.
• Products: our own platforms, ZwingD (AI-powered content monetization) and Feezy (automated fee collection for coaching institutes).

These Terms cover your use of the Site only. They do not govern your use of any ConvertEdge Tech product or paid service. Engineering engagements, consulting work, and the ZwingD and Feezy products are each governed by their own separate agreements, order forms, or product-specific terms of use. Where a separate agreement applies, that agreement controls for the relevant product or service; these Terms continue to apply to your use of this Site.

3. Website use and acceptable use

The Site is provided for general information about ConvertEdge Tech, our services, and our products. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to access and view the Site for your own personal or internal business purposes. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of the Site by, anyone else.

You may view and print individual pages of the Site for your own personal or internal reference, provided you do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices.
